What is the Sint Maarten Entry Form?

The Sint Maarten Entry Form is the official Embarkation Disembarkation (ED) card for travelers entering (Dutch) Sint Maarten. This digital entry form must be completed by all
travelers, including those visiting or transferring through both Sint Maarten and St. Martin (the French side).

Who Needs to Complete This Form?

Every traveler, including those in groups or families, must complete the form individually. This requirement also applies to overnight crew members.

How to Register

Completing your Sint Maarten Entry Form is simple and can be done in three easy steps:
1. Enter Applicant Information: Provide your valid travel document (passport or ID card), contact information, accommodation, and flight details.
2. Review Registration: Double-check all the information you’ve entered to ensure it is accurate.
3. Visit Sint Maarten: Once your registration is reviewed and completed, you are ready to travel to Sint Maarten!
